Bradley Ross is a Harvard-educated Agentic Engineer at the forefront of AI, symbolic reasoning, and advanced software systems—blending two decades of deep technical expertise with strategic business insight. A former certified accountant turned AI technologist, Bradley brings a rare combination of analytical precision, engineering excellence, and scalable design thinking to every project he touches. A leading voice in agentic software development, Bradley builds intelligent systems that think, reason, and collaborate—pushing the boundaries of what modern AI can do for startups. His work spans reflective neural-symbolic languages, cognitive agent frameworks, and document-first AI development processes. He is the creator of Omega, a next-generation reflective AI communication language designed to radically improve how AI systems interact with each other and with humans. With 20+ years in data science and software engineering, Bradley has advised both rapidly scaling startups and major enterprises, helping founders accelerate MVP development, optimize architecture, and solve complex technical challenges with clarity and speed. His approach pairs hands-on engineering depth with an instinct for business strategy, allowing him to guide technical decisions that actually support product, revenue, and growth. Currently completing his Master’s in Digital Media Design at Harvard with a 4.0 GPA, Bradley also serves as a Teaching Fellow/Course Assistant for CS50, where he helps hundreds of students navigate core computer science concepts—proving he can teach as effectively as he builds. His latest work includes: Omega AI Language – a reflective neural-symbolic communication system for AI collaboration Agentic Engineering Frameworks – cognitive agents with modular reasoning and decision-making AI-Driven MVP Acceleration – helping founders go from idea → prototype → production fast Document-First Programming – reshaping how humans and AI co-create software Bradley’s mission is simple: to help developers and founders code smarter, build faster, and unlock the exponential leverage of AI. Through his AI-powered programming course, he teaches students how to turn ideas into reality—boosting output from 50 lines of code per day to hundreds or even thousands, shifting human effort from syntax to strategy.
