The Leadership Accelerator brings together aspiring and established leaders to build practical skills and learn from one another in a supportive, experience-driven community.
Participants develop a clearer leadership identity rooted in their core values, along with strategies to navigate pressure, people dynamics, conflict, and change.
Each participant leaves with actionable tools and a customized Leadership Playbook that captures key insights, strategies, and action items—a living resource that supports stronger team culture, communication, and follow-through.
Teams may opt to participate in a Playbook Alignment Session, where small groups validate and prioritize the most urgent insights and actions.
The experience helps teams zero in on what matters most, strengthen collective commitment, and translate insights into consistent, accountable action.
Day 1
Values-based leadership development
We begin with a values exploration exercise—the fuel of leadership. Values answer the core question: Why do you show up the way you do? When leaders understand their “why,” every action, decision, and interaction becomes more intentional.
As participants share their values with the group, awareness sharpens, trust deepens, and the foundations of an inclusive culture begin to form. From there, we explore the Leadership Formula, the distinction between leadership and management, and why a clear leadership vision statement is essential for influence and impact.
The session culminates with each participant crafting a leadership vision statement grounded in their core values. When your vision aligns with what matters most, you lead with authenticity, confidence, and clarity—and everyone around you feels the impact.

Managing Your Workload Navigating pressures, priorities and people
In this session, participants take a purposeful pause to reclaim control over how they manage their time, tasks, and energy. In fast-paced, high-demand environments, it’s easy to slip into reactivity; this experience helps leaders step back, reflect, and approach their workload with greater clarity and intention.
From there, we explore simple frameworks that reveal why effective workload management isn’t just about productivity, but about making thoughtful decisions that support sustained performance and well-being. Through guided reflection and practical discussion, participants identify opportunities to work more intentionally, manage pressure with greater confidence, and protect the energy that fuels their best work.
The session concludes with each participant committing to one or more mindset or behaviour shifts—small, strategic changes that create immediate momentum and long-term sustainability in how they lead and perform.

Day 2
Developing Emotional Intelligence
This session invites participants to take intentional control over the emotions that shape their daily interactions and decisions. Emotional intelligence (EI) begins with the ability to recognize our emotions, behaviours, and impulses—and to use that awareness to navigate the world with greater purpose and composure.
As participants explore their emotional patterns, self-awareness deepens, communication becomes more authentic, and new perspectives emerge. We examine the five dimensions of EI, distinguishing it from IQ, and uncover how emotional intelligence fuels both personal and professional success. Throughout the session, practical tools and guided reflection help participants learn to stay grounded during challenging situations, respond rather than react, and communicate with empathy and clarity.
We close by applying these tools to real scenarios, enabling participants to manage emotions more effectively and lead with greater confidence, emotional maturity, and impact.

(Alternative) Conflict Resolution
Conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace where people collaborate, and when left unaddressed, it can quietly erode productivity, trust, and team morale. This session equips participants with practical tools to navigate difficult conversations of any size, turning disagreements into opportunities for clarity, alignment, and growth.
We begin by exploring the root causes of conflict, helping participants build empathy and recognize the patterns—both personal and organizational—that shape how conflict unfolds. From there, we introduce constructive approaches to managing disputes, focusing on communication techniques that de-escalate tension, clarify expectations, and foster mutual understanding.
Participants then apply these tools through facilitated scenarios and case discussions, practicing how to approach conflict with confidence, composure, and constructive intent. By the end, they are better prepared to address challenges early, communicate openly, and resolve conflicts in ways that benefit both individuals and the broader team.
