Dr. Anca-Maria Milovan is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the West University of Timișoara, Romania, specializing in digital marketing, integrated marketing communications, and consumer behavior. She teaches a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses—including Creative Strategies in Advertising, Public Relations, Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Online Store Management—and also serves as the departmental coordinator for Erasmus outgoing programs. A prolific researcher, Dr. Milovan has published extensively in high-impact international journals such as the European Journal of Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, the Journal of Business Research, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, the Journal of Marketing Communications, and the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research. She is also the co-author of a well-regarded textbook on digital marketing and social media. Her research contributions span online consumer behavior, social media strategy, luxury consumption, customer satisfaction, and digital communication effectiveness. Across her academic career at West University of Timișoara—from Assistant to Lecturer to Associate Professor—Anca has developed extensive experience in teaching, curriculum coordination, and research leadership. She has coordinated Erasmus mobility agreements, contributed to national and international conferences, and earned distinctions including Best Conference Paper (AMA, 2024) and Best Economic Book in Romania (2019).
