Bo Pelech is an Adjunct Professor and an Executive-in-Residence at the Rotman School where he teaches and mentors MBA students in experiential courses, including Growth Project Consulting and Sustainability, and supports MBA students seeking paid internships. Bo Pelech is a seasoned executive, educator, and mentor whose career bridges high-stakes finance, strategic advisory, and experiential learning. As an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence at the Rotman School of Management, he teaches and guides MBA students in some of the school’s most hands-on courses—including Growth Project Consulting and Sustainability—and plays a pivotal role in supporting students securing paid internships and industry exposure. A former investment banker and management consultant, Bo brings decades of real-world dealmaking, due diligence, and strategic execution into the classroom. His approach blends rigorous analytical thinking with mentorship grounded in practicality and professional integrity. He has coached project teams alongside Mayor Wilson, worked as a lecturer, facilitator, and advisor across multiple institutions, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Touchpoint Strategies. He also previously held the role of Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Humber College, where he supported emerging founders and innovation teams.
