Daniele De Lorenzo

Daniele De Lorenzo is a global transformation and change management leader with 15+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-country initiatives across telecom, technology, retail, and consumer goods. Italian-born and Sweden-based, he has worked in six countries and supported multinational organizations in more than 20 markets, partnering with global brands including Adidas, Ericsson, Husqvarna Group, IBM, and L’Oréal. He currently serves as Group Strategy & Change Management Lead at Telia Company, where he drives enterprise-wide transformation, leads change and communications for multi-billion-SEK initiatives, and has advanced Telia’s Prosci Change Maturity from Level 1 to Level 4 in just two years. He has built global change governance, trained leaders and practitioners across the organization, and established a 150-person Change Community of Practice. Daniele previously held transformation roles at Ericsson, Adidas, Husqvarna Group, and IBM, where he led operating model shifts, culture change, digital transformation, HR modernization, and large-scale global rollouts. His work combines strategic clarity, leadership coaching, and structured change adoption to embed new ways of working sustainably. He holds a BSc in Marketing & Management (Ca’ Foscari University), an MBA in Global Executive Management (Central European University), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business & Management at the University of Buckingham. He is also an ICF ACC coach and a multi-certified Prosci, Agile, and Scrum practitioner.
