Shahzad Gidwani is a senior executive, educator, and co-founder of CoCreate Consult, where he helps individuals, teams, and organisations imagine and enact better ways of working. At CoCreate, he leads visionary strategy, designs and facilitates engaging workshops, mentors and coaches emerging leaders, and fuels the storytelling that brings brands and people alive. Former COO at A1 Global College, leading operations, enrolment, program approvals, and partnerships to enhance student outcomes. He has held leadership roles with The Behar Group as Director of Marketing and Business Development and worked as an independent business development consultant, securing international brand partnerships and market expansion. Earlier, as General Manager of a leading luxury goods trading division in Kuwait, he delivered sustained revenue growth through brand acquisitions, customer experience excellence, and cost optimisation. He teaches Global Business at Conestoga and triOS (Mohawk) Colleges, mentoring emerging professionals. Shahzad volunteers as Director of Marketing with Brilliant Minds Group, a Toronto non-profit that supports newcomers and international students, and serves as an Ambassador with Immigrant Networks, mentoring immigrants in job search and retention. He holds an MBA and professional designations including Chartered Professional Marketer and MLE, and works across English, Arabic, and Hindi.
